Welcome to the DIS!! You've come to the right place. Let me see if I can help a little.....Concierge service usually puts you in a particular location of the hotel. Sometimes a special floor, sometimes a section that is usually only accessible by an elevator key or door key. A lounge is available to you during your stay where you can relax, watch TV and have refreshments (included in the cost of your room). Those refreshments include a rather extensive breakfast each morning with coffee, juice, soda, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereals, etc. There are snacks during the day (popcorn, goldfish crackers, gummies, chips, drinks, etc. In the evening they have a couple of hours when you can get wine and beer as well as some sort of light appetizers. Then later in the evening they will have desserts and cordials available. Sodas are available all day long. You also get pre-planning help from an itinerary planner. They can help you make your ADR's and plan any special activities that you want (Illuminations cruises, etc.) They will also do shopping for you and have gifts waiting in your room (you pay for the items of course). It's really a feeling of being pampered the whole time you are there. It's not cheap and some people don't feel it's worth the $$$. But it's a wonderful way to experience your vacation and I love it!! Any other questions and I'll try to help.
