Concierge service - Prebooking reservations

I think that I read somewhere that if you are in a concierge room you can call prior to the cruise and book your reservations. Is this true and does anyone know the number ?

Yes, it's true. You can book Palo's brunch/dinner/high tea, as well as excursions.

Just a note, anyone can pre-book excursions once final payment is made and it is 60 days or less until sailing. To do that you would call 877-566-0968.

If you are a concierge guest you will get a letter in advance and be able to book Palo's in advance.

The number given by the other poster is NOT the same number I was given. Might be different people for different ships/sailings.

How far in advance can you do this? At the 60 day mark...same as excursions?

Fawn, for dining, generally it's less than 30 days in advance, that's when they have the dining information in the system for booking.

But honestly, it is NOT necessary to pre-book anything except the shore excursions, they really encourage the concierge guests to make all their bookings at the concierge reception the first afternoon. I guarantee you that they will make sure you get everything you want.
