Concierge Poly Visit in September

Our first time in a Concierge room. Been to Poly many times. We asked for the garden view. Any suggestions as far as room requests go?

Just want to say You're going to LOVE it! We just got back a couple weeks ago and Concierge at the Poly is excellent.

We stayed in the Hawaii building on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor rooms don't have a balcony. I did request a 2nd room floor but didn't get it. The lounge is also on the 2nd floor.

I think the view from any room at the Poly would be nice.

Hi, we had a room on the 1st floor facing the quiet pool. We liked the 1st floor because our kids 10 and 8 could run out patio door to the pool,also every morning a few ducks would make a visit to our door for the kids to feed some bagels. Have fun, you will be very spoiled!
