Concierge Phone Number?

Hi!

We are going on the May 29 Dream cruise and I just paid the balance on our concierge stateroom! I booked my room through a travel agent and wouldn't you know it, she is down in Florida right now for the travel agent sneak peek of the Dream and I'm having trouble getting a hold of her!! I think the first day I can start booking Palo/Remy, cabanas, excursions, etc. is January 29, but I don't know who to call!! Is there a DCL concierge phone number? Are they open on Saturdays? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
 

You can call and leave a message if they are busy, or you can send an email. They are great to deal with. Some things they can do in real time with you on the phone and others they will take the info, go to work, and call you or email you with the confirmations. You will have no problem getting anything at 120 days out ... I booked a cruise with a sailing date less than 60 days out, everything I wanted was booked but ... they have pixie dust! It took a little effort perhaps but within a few days I had everything I wanted. From my experience, they can do just about anything for you except if an excursion (which is run by third parties) is truly full to capacity.
