Concierge outdoor lounge on the Magic

I'm just curious about what concierge passengers think of the new outdoor lounge on the Magic. I'm on the ship now for TCM cruise and see that there is a new lounge on the 10th floor right above the Cove. But it's on the smoking side so I would think that there would be some smoke smell infiltrating the outdoor area? Unless it is for smokers? We are not in concierge but I find it odd that they would put the new area, which looks very nice, right next to the smoking area. I'm sitting at the cove pool now and have only see one person sitting in that area for the first two days of the cruise. I just wondered about any recent cruisers concierge experience on the Magic. This is not meant to be a discussion on smoking although we find we can't use one side of the Cove pool because of the smoke smell. Thanks

I was on the sailing right before yours in concierge. I sat outside the lounge several nights during the happy hour to listen to the music. I never would have guessed a smoking area was nearby.
