Concierge or not? Poly or CR??

I want to stay on the monorail line; love the Poly but I'm considering CR. Now, Concierge or NOT??? Also, I can't seem to book concierge with dining plan on WDW site for Poly but can CR ....anyone know why not? Also, a travel agent quoted me CR 5262.90 for seven nights with dining and the web site said 4338.02. What's up with that??? She said there are no package deals right now...

I am not sure why your having trouble making reservations and getting different prices from the Disney site and from your travel agent. Maybe you should call CRO directly and see what they say or have your travel agent look up the Disney site and see what happens.
