The only DVC resort that has concierge is AKL. It is a separate booking category and you would need to do that that the time you reserve.

Be aware that there are only 5 2BR concierge rooms at AKV that could be split up to make up to 5 1BR and 5 studios. Very limited and difficult to book unless you are booking right at 11 months.

You can book concierge level non-DVC Disney resorts, but you will use a whole lot of points to do that. And you'll have to do that before you hit the last four months of your UY if you want to stay during that UY. You would be limited to Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Yacht Club at WDW.
