concierge level question vs member points

Hi, I am a BCV owner and Have booked 4 days in January. I am learning now about the concierge level. How do us (the members) get to use these levels? I would think we should be able to use are points?.

There is no Concierge level at BCV (or any other DVC resort). You may be confusing the Beach Club Resort Concierge level with BCV.

My DBro owns DVC at SSR but they stayed at the Poly LVC this summer and used their points to pay for it. You will need to go thru member services and have them make the reservation.

We have points at SSR and are using them to stay at the Poly - sucked up nearly 2 years of points, unfortunately, but never thought about going Conceirge...I'll have to look into that.

I called memeber services. She told me that I could not use my points for this level. I would have to pay cash. Now that, I have a small problem with. I have paid cash and will be for a few more years on my points. Does anyone know any different? I just have a hard time trusting that information.

You could always rent your points out and use that cash to pay for the Poly concierge.
We wanted to take advantage of free dining so that's what we did. Sold enough points to pay for the resort. Worked out good for us. Some may say not a good use of points but I feel that if your happy with how you use your points, than it's a good use. LOL

Don't mean to be nosy, but do you know or have an idea of what the dollar difference would be for "upgrading" to CL from say, basic Garden View?
