concierge level @ Portofino

Has anyone gone for this option. I guess free drinks & snacks are included. Worth it? Convient? Thanks Meg

Unfortunately Portofino does not offer concierge. They had butler service when they first opened but that has since been discontinued. I would love to see them offer this as well

I think what you're referring to is the Club level. From reading other posts: They offer free soda/beverages during the day, a contintental type breakfast, beer/wine in the afternoon/evening, and snacks in the evening. If you look at some of the trip reports I think there are details about what was offered.

Regarding concierge, all three on-site hotels have a concierge desk open to all guests, not just those staying at Club level. They can help with preferred seating, tickets, and general questions.

I am so used to the term concierge and its meaning related to Disney. True Portofino does have a conciege desk.

Portofino does not offer club level which I believe the OP was reffering to.

PBH does not offer club level services. You will love this place so much it won't matter to you.
