When should one expect to receive their itinerary planning kit from concierge? With the reservation confirmation? When the 90 days out mark is reached? Some other time?

I changed my room only ressie to a package on May 5 for our Sept 15-22 trip. We're staying at BC concierge. I received my cancellation of my room only ressie, but haven't received my confirmation for my new ressie (I did call to make sure it's in the system & it is). Might my itinerary planning kit be in that envelope, which I hope to receive soon?

I'm ready to start planning!! :Pinkbounc :bounce:

We have stayed concierge at several Disney resorts (YC, BWI, AKL, Polynesian & Contemporary) and hearing from the concierge staff has NOT been consistent. At times we have recieved phone calls or something in the mail, but more often than not we receive nothing.

I would HIGHLY suggest that you contact them yourself to make sure you get whatever you want. I have my list of ps's in my hand when I call and have never had a problem.

Good luck! :)

We're going very soon and we still haven't received anything from the concierge. I took DISer's advice and called them. It's a good thing, too, because some of our reservations were hard to get. When in doubt.....call!!

I usually call the itinerary planning office (the BWI, BC, and YC use the same one) about 100-110 days out to ensure that I receive something. They are very nice and extremely accommodating and will send you a sheet to fill out and either mail or fax back to them.

Most importantly, that is the cutest picture I have ever seen! How adorable!!:D

Aw, thanks! It's one of my favorite pics.

Off to see if I can track down the IPO phone # :)

am having the same problem with AKL concierge. asked for the form back in february; was told it would be mailed in April; have asked again, was told it was mailed. ....

Just my opinion but if the form is supposed to be mailed to concierge guests - then do it! Shouldn't be hit or miss. Either mail it out automatically or do away with them.

When I have so much trouble just getting the form, it doesn't give me a good feeling about what kind of service I'll get once I get there.

I think the issue is with people making their plans not very far in advance, or modifying. It is a lot of keep up with.

Not sure I understand Chris's comments. Although if someone books just a couple weeks before, then certainly there would not be enough time to mail a form although e-mail is an option.

All I'm saying, is if you are offering this benefit to concierge guests then provide it to everyone. Not as a sometimes or hit or miss thing.
