Chipscinderelly, first off, congrats on your upcoming nuptials! How exciting!
If you are a concierge guest, you should have access to your resort's pre-planning staff. Take advantage of them now for any PS reservations that you think you might want. It is always best to plan in advance than to plan at the last minute. If you have a reservation that is particularly hard to get, especially during one of Disney's busier seasons, the more advance warning you give the pre-planners, the better chance you have of securing your coveted reservation. That said, you may also use their services for other things. For example, if you would like to plan a romantic night out but have no clue what Disney has to offer, just ask the pre-planners. They can tell you all about the various carriage rides that are offered on-site (I highly recommend a romantic carriage ride through Fort Wilderness, *sigh*), as well as any special dinners that may be put together for the two of you (how 'bout a romantic dinner along the shoreline of the Poly or GF?). The pre-planners have planned all sorts of things for guests over the years, and they should be able to offer up at least one or two things that might suit your fancy. Give em a try.
