Hi! It's not a honeymoon suite, it's a honeymoon room (just don't want you to be disappointed, if you're expecting something large). We just got back from a stay there, in one of the 2 MK facing honeymoon rooms. They're just like regular rooms, except that they have a completely private balcony, and an awesome big jacuzzi tub, but the room is about the same size as a normal one (and smaller than our turret room at the GF).
The WL concierge did NOT call us in advance. In fact, I called them, and sent an e-mail, and then called again, and was finally put in touch with Randall Clayman at itinerary planning. I kept thinking they'd call us, to make our PS reservations, and they didn't, so finally, after a few tries, I got someone to return my call. Once I actually got in touch with Randall, he was great, and always returned calls & made up an entire itinerary for us. He put Disney wedding/honeymoon couple notes in all of our PS reservations, too, so we got special treatment at some restaurants (probably due also to the wedding ears).
The WL concierge doesn't really have a lounge; it's more like a hallway where they have put a buffet table full of food. The selections were okay, but we moved there from GF concierge, so they didn't really compare to the GF offerings. Just small things, like the fruit being mushy & all thrown together into a bowl, instead of very fresh & served individually on a platter. The concierge area here is not at all crowded - very unlike that of the GF, so that was an advantage. The tables here were situated to look down into the WL lobby, so we missed having a view of the MK, but the WL lobby was a fine view, though very noisy.
When we got there the concierge staff was very nice & accommodating; they found a box for us and shipped our wedding gifts home.
I have posted trip reports, with a bit more details, in the Trip Reports board. If you're interested, just search under posts by hmp2z.
Cheers!
