Concierge Guests and reservations

We are going to be concierge guests this winter and I am nervous about handing over the reservations to someone else. I called and they said they arrive at 6am and make reservations at that time. We are trying to get a lot of tough reservations for 9 people. (CRT, Le Cellier, Cal Grill) I would love to let it in their hands and not wake up at 3am. Any other concierge guests that can share their experience? Did you get all of the reservations you asked for?

They do a great job. Really they do. We just had a thread on this in the last week -- if the search is working you might find it - I think it had "IPO" and "ADR" in the title.

Not only did I get everything I wanted it... on the days that I wanted it; but with the exception of one meal that was 20 minutes later then I requested it, everything else was within 10 minutes of when I requested it !
I have been to WDW many, many times... and have stayed "Concierge" (Club Level) quite a few of them. I have never - I repeat - NEVER - had any problems that they couldn't solve for me... and that includes making dining reservations. I know that, on occasion, others have voiced some problems, but I have found that if you stay in constant contact with them, from the first day of you plans, you'll be fine. I originally did that by phone. This trip, I've made one phone call... the rest has been by e-mail (we are staying at The Beach Club Resort), and I can honestly say that I not only get a quick response, but that it's normally within a few minutes to within an hour. Make contact with them, make note of their names, and allow them to become familiar with you... and things will be great.

They are really good and email you all the details of your reservations.

In fact we also changed a few whilst in Disney and they were able to help us with those too.

I would say that 99% of the time they are able to get you the ADR's that you wanted. Now when there is a location which is sold out they keep trying for you, which means you don't need to do that and they would recommend another location.

Yup... ditto to all the above responses. I actually just went through this a week ago. I have ALWAYS made my own dining ressies for my family (even when we stayed AKL Concierge a few years ago), and have been really good at getting everything (knock on wood). I was so apprehensive to hand it over this time, but with midterms and prelims at school, fall break, and the new online system, there was no way I was going to wake up at 3 a.m. (Mind you, I prob was up at 3 a.m. that night - studying that is.) So I handed it off to the IPOs and they did a MARVELOUS job. Got everything I requested on time. (Only exception is Akershus 20 min off.) They put everything in a word doc and e-mailed it to me on the morning of. I was SO impressed. I would recommend it to every concierge guest. And keep in mind that I am as OCD as can be and very independent.

IPO got everything for us, as well. Time may have been off a few minutes, but nothing much. I am party of 5, 6 or 7 depending on the day.

We have several of the "hard to get ones".

Now only if they'd get back to my hubby about my birthday cake. they dropped the ball on this one. He has emailed 3 times and no response...I just forwarded his email to them!

I'm glad someone asked about this cause I started worrying about it some considering our 90 days out is the 21st. Thank you all for the reassurance! I feel much better now.

They have always made mine BEFORE the 90 day mark. I always got exactly what I wanted when I wanted.

We are staying at the AKL and Don got us all our ressies within 20 minutes of our requested times. He also notified us when the dessert party & Mickey & Pals Fireworks Voyage was extended as we let him know we were interested in those as well. They were great and I had my e-mail confirming my choices by 7 am.
