I read on the TP blog that the concierge desk at resorts can now to the AP voucher exchanges and purchases. Does anyone know if it includes allowing you to upgrade your MYW tix to APs as well? What about early pick up of tix, do you still need to go to Guest Relations at a park or can you do that at the concierge desk as well now?
I'm asking here because a) Cheshire Figment seems to know these things inside and out b) DIS members generally seem to know more about tickets than the CMs I could speak with on the phone.
