Concierge Collection: Monterey Plaza

Has anyone used points to stay at the Monterey Plaza Hotel? If so, did you have to pay the nightly parking fee? I know Disney waives the parking fee for stays at the DL resort, but I was wondering if properties in the Concierge Collection do the same.
