Concierge Collection Availability

We are prospective new members (actually have a resale pending at OKW) and were wondering how difficult and how far in advance you have to book the concierge collection? (and is this different than booking through II or is it the same thing?)Thanks. Great board!!

All rooms are subject to availability.

We recently made a reservation for two nights at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island for the month of June. Althought June is a busy time for the Grand Hotel, we were able to get the rooms we wanted.

We were able to get what we wanted at Kapalua Bay in Hawaii and we could have gotten what we wanted at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Utah except they had a minimum 4 night stay at that time of year and we only wanted 3 nights. So I guess there could be other places that have a minimum and you don't find out until you call.
