Question..we just switched our reservation to CL (Poly) as they opened up CL to the military promotion. It's way past our 180 day mark and we've been trying to change a couple ADR's on our own with no luck. If I email IPO and give them, will they kepe trying for us? Or do they just check once and that's it? Thanks.

I believe they will try for you. We switch last summer, and they were able to get us a lunch ressie at Le Cellier and it was long after our 180 day mark.

It is definitely worth trying.

My experience is they check and if nothing will tell you sorry nothing, keep trying. However once you are at the Poly you can ask the concierge there to try as well....but the IPO service seems to check once.

Thank you for this. I had no idea what club level was until I read this. December will be a long time coming now.

Yes, and they will keep trying for you :thumbsup2
I was actually able to get a few reservations yesterday that others were reporting as booked for Le Cellier & CRT through the online booking system. Le Cellier was showing booked for several days out - and we got not just the day, but the time within 5min of our request. I think they must have some special seats set aside. Good luck.

I forgot to post when I got back from my recent (May) trip - I really wanted to eat at Flying Fish, unfortunately there was no availability via Disney Dining, the wonderful CMs at the BWI CL managed to get me in by calling one of the managers, I loved it so much, I went back the next 2 nights, again with no ADR, just a quick phone call to one of the managers from the CL CMs - I was able to say when I wanted to eat and also where, i.e. bar/chefs counter/table. I'm assuming this is because the Flying Fish is a 'boardwalk' restaurant so they were able to get me in as I was a Boardwalk (CL) guest.

I have heard others say that is something the Club Level Cast Members are able to do for the restaurants at their resorts only, although it's still an unofficial rule. Anyway it's great that you got amazing service like that.

My family stayed in one last October. Ours was on the 4th floor, a bit of a walk from the elevators. Luckily there was a stairwell that deposited us near the entrance to the pool, so we used that a lot to save the walking! It had a great view. I could see the top of the Eiffel tower in Epcot from the bed! I liked looking out across the pool and towards the Boardwalk. It had a nice sitting area, which had double doors that could be closed off from the bedroom. We had chocolates and fresh flowers on our arrival also, which was very nice. The room was definitely bigger than a regular room, it was very spacious (it was huge!) The pain about not being on the 5th floor was we were less inclined to bring food all the way back to our room. In the mornings there was often nowhere to sit down in the club room, so we sometimes had to hover for a seat, as it was really pretty inconvenient to take all our breakfast stuff back to the room. Mostly it worked out though.

I'll see if I can find some pics...

How many does this room sleep?

Thanks!

Just back last night from five wonderful nights at the CR. I had booked atrium CLub MK view with the 45% discount, imagine my surprise when we were greeted upon arrival with the magical words" welcome to the Contemporary Resort, we are pleased to inform you that you have been upgraded to Tower Club Magic Kingdom view and given a 1 bedroom suite"! Of course, we are totally spoiled for regular rooms now, but since rack rate for that room averaged $1445 a night..........:lmao: :lmao:

That's pretty amazing. Any pictures of the room?

I posted a few from my BlackBerry over on the CR thread. I'll have to look through the camera to see if there were any others.

Wow that upgrade is wonderful. We are staying CL at the CR in October. 1st time at one of the WDW resorts, so we thought we would spring for CL, and upgrade upon arrival would be awesome. Thanks for your post, can't wait to look at the pictures.

Wow! the photos are great. Thank you so much. The extra room will be great.

The stairwell you mentioned. Did It come out at the quite pool or SAB?

Just one more question if you would be so Kind. How early are you talking about when you went to breakfast?

We are on the deluxe dining plan and I gave up all our breakfast table service meals so we could have most of our dinners at signature restaurants. We will be celebrating a 16th anniversary and a 60th birthday so were planning to have club lounge breakfasts, we are early risers so hopefully we will be finding seating.

Thanks!

Just wanted to say how great BC IPO has been.

We had to change our dates by two weeks since my dd broke her leg and needed surgery. They really came through and helped us move all our ADRs.

Sorry about your DD but it's great that they could move your dates for you!
