Can you make PALO ressies before cruising if you have Concierge level or do you book when you embark?

Yes, you can make Palo reservations ahead of time if you are in a Cat 1-3. There is a phone number to call. If you are in a Cat 1 or 2, you should be contacted by DCL. If you are in a Cat 3, you will have to call. You can also request a dining rotation but that is not guaranteed.

As markºoº said, you can make your Palo reservations for dinner, brunch and tea if you are in a Cat. 1-3 before your cruise. We have stayed in a Cat. 2 on all three cruises. However, we have never been contacted by DCL to make these reservations. I have had to contact Debbie personally. HTH

You can call the DCL number and asked to be transferred to the dining manager, Debbie. It's really not a problem to wait until you get on board to make these arrangements. The concierge staff has a meet & greet soon after boarding. You can stop by and they'll take care of all your needs from Palo's, to kids clubs, to tours, wine tasting, spa, etc. With only 22 suites on board, you get very personalized service.
