Concierge at Newport Bay

Hi,

Is it possible to get in touch with the Concierge at Newport Bay before we travel?

I want to book the night trip into Paris for one of the nights we are there and was told I can only do this with the Concierge at the hotel. I would hate to think it would be booked up so would like to book before we travel.

Anyone know how this can be done?
