Concierge at Moderates????

I understand about the concierge level at the deluxe's but what services does the concierge at the moderates provide?

This is our first stay on property and I'm unfamiliar with this.

I don't think there is a true concierge at the mods. There is a guest concierge that anyone can use. They used to be called guest services.

The values and moderates have a concierge desk. We have used it to change our tickets and to buy water park tickets.

The concierge desk at the CBR is where you go to obtain your Hoop Dee Doo tickets. They were very helpful and printed out a complete list of our ADRs.

While waiting in line, I heard the CM at the concierge desk helping other people with their Magical Express questions and another couple with their tickets.
