Hi
I see you have stayed in the Poly concierge. I can't tell you anything about the GC, but I can tell you about the DLH concierge.
Honestly in comparison to the Poly's concierge, there isn't any. The DLH does a nice job, just not as much food offered to you. You do get plastic water bottles so you can take them into the park.
There is a small lounge where you can watch the fireworks show. They pipe in the music. Thanks kinda cool.
They have a TV, so the kids can watch TV and have a little breakfast, ie, toast, bagels, cereal, danishes, milk, juice and coffee.
You can stop in any time and pickup water or soda. The time we were there, they had snacks. Hopefully thats the same.
One thing very nice is the private elevator that faces downtown disney. From a long day of walking, you get in the elevator and it takes you right into the concierge lounge. You can sit and have a drink and relax.
At night they do offer wine and beer, cheese and other snacks. But no real food like at the poly.
All in all, it is a nice experience. Is it worth it? It is for us. But other people have said not. I truly love the breakfast thing. It starts our day off right.
Any more questions, just ask.
