Not concierge and me....... concierge and ME, Magical Express. Does the concierge staff meet you at the entrance if you are using ME?

I don't think so - I think they are where they have always been.

Last year we arrived ME to Poly and we told the bus greeter we were Conceirge (first timers)... and asked where to check in. Perhaps she didn't hear us because she directed us to the GCH front desk. The lines weren't too bad but I realized upon checking to the conceirge house that we missed the golf cart escort directly.

At the Polynesian, we just told the folks at the valet/bell stand. They checked and our room wasn't ready. We then asked them to alert the concierge staff that we were on our way so that they would open the door when we got there.

What resort will you be at? I think it is handled a little differently at each one since at some you can't just walk to the building as we did. Some require a key for the elevator to access the correct floor.

But regardless of where you are staying, you could always ask at the bell stand.

Well, duh...I should have looked at your signature.

I haven't stayed concierge at AKL but I would ask at the bell stand. Hopefully someone there will key the elevator for you.

When we were at GF SL in Oct they did. Conceirge had called me a few days before our trip and asked me what time our flight was arriving. That was how they extimated what time to meet us out front.

We just got back from GF SL Concierge and used ME. The concierge staff met us at the main entrance to the GF, gave us a guided tour, and escorted us to our buiding to check in. Very good service.

GF is only resort at WDW to greet you at the car and walk you to the concierge desk.

This summer my family and I were met at our car at the WL by our concierge cast member who then took us upstairs!
