^^^ this. You won't hear back. You can check your account on Pearl booking day to see your account and what they booked for you. Always check. Sometimes they forget to add something you requested. For me it was a tasting. In the pearl time frame there was plenty of time to add it myself.

Yes, to everything showing up on Pearl booking day. We got all our requests on our upcoming Treasure cruise, and they showed up on the app under plans today (123 days out).

If I see two cabanas listed, one under my name and one under my husband's, does that mean they booked us two cabanas and I should cancel one, or is it showing twice because both of our names are on it?

It says "Serenity Bay Cabana E – Adult Only" on both of the ones listed. This is for Lookout Cay, not Castaway Cay.
Does this mean it's the same one? I'm asking partly because the email from concierge had said that if I was booked in a cabana, it would show only for the lead guest.

I've only ever seen it listed once, with all guest names underneath it. If both listings say the same cabana number/letter, then you're probably fine. Might be worth an email to Shoreside, just to confirm.
