Concierge 1st timer

Well, we did it! With the new codes, we decided to try the Grand Floridian Sugar Loaf Concierge. But now.........I have some questions like

1. Does the concierge service contact us for using their services? Do we get any special package to help us utilize the concierge?
2. If they do contact us when does that typically happen?
3. Can they make Fantasmic! Dinner Package reservations?
4. Can they make CRT PSs? Credit Card Deposit how is that handled?
5. If we stay in the Sugar Loaf do we have access to the main building concierge also?

I'm so excited......Thanks for any information you can give me.

1. You may be contacted. You can call them at 407-824-1775.
2. Between 30-90 days prior to arrival.
3. They should be able to after your arrival.
4. Yes, they can. You will have to provide them with your credit card number.
5. No, the Royal Palm Club (Main Building) concierge service is only accessible to Royal Palm Club Concierge and Suite guests. It is not available to Sugar Loaf Key Concierge guests, and you will not be able to take advantage of any of the Royal Palm Club Concierge Level's amenities.

I am staying at the G.F. RPC on Friday the 26th - Aug 2nd. I was contacted by Concierge office about 6 weeks ago and again just this past Saturday.

Ditto to what Cali-D said. They took care of all ps seatings and those that required a credit card. I spoke with them close to the six week mark also. I booked spa services and also Cirque de Soliel through them. Both Sugar Loaf and main building access is by your key card, so you are limited to the services supplied at your own building. While I thought that the food offerings were very limited at Sugar Loaf (other than breakfast, definitely don't plan on making a meal out of it), their concierge staff was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate calling them with any questions that you may have. I've never received a pre-planning guide, but I've read of others who have. You may want to call them and request any information that they can send out.

Hey MickeyMark, we'll be checking into the RPC on Saturday the 27th. I also received a follow up call from pre-planning this weekend, just making sure we were all set with everything. Have a great trip.

hi folks, just out of curiousity, when booking the sugarloaf consierge with the recent code, did anyone also get a price for the main building consierge room with the code? thanks

I asked about the Main Building concierge pricing just yesterday.....It was $477 a night including tax.
