Conch Cooler Recipe

Does anyone have the recipe for the Conch Coolers served at Castaway Cay (or a close approximation)? DW developed quite a fondness for the drink (and we have the souvenir cups to prove it!) and I'd like to be able to recreate them at home.

Here are two recipes that I got off the board a while back:

"This recipe was posted by a fellow DIS'er, "MICHELLENDEAN", and it is FANTASTIC!! Tastes just like we are on the ship again!

1/2 can Cream of Coconut
1/2 of a 12-oz. can of frozen passion fruit juice concentrate (Find it in the frozen food section by Welches)
4 oz. orange juice
2-3 cups of ice
If you're indulging: 3 oz. light rum AND 3 oz. dark rum

Blend until fine and smooth -- makes one large blender full!!!

1/2 can cream of coconut
3 oz light rum
3 oz dark rum
1/2 can frozen passion fruit juice concentrate (Welches)
4 oz orange juice
2-3 cups of ice
Add all together in a blender until very fine and smooth

This recipe is out of this world. Went over huge with family, friends and neighbors!!"

I am glad someone has that but if you get home and need a recipe(like we did with the Snowflakes), we just email DCL at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com and they emailed us the recipe. It was really nice of them. We have made several batches since we got the email on 12/31.

We've also tried to duplicate the recipe. We like to use a 1/2 of frozen pina colada mix instead of the cream of coconut.

We've also tried to freeze the entire mixture in a bucket so that you can just scoop it out whenever needed. DH didn't add any ice to it so it was pretty strong. He'll probably mix up a batch normally and then put it in the bucket-if it makes it that far of course!

We had friends over and served this. They were quite disappointed when we ran out! So make sure you have alot on hand if having a party!!!
