Does anyone have the recipe for the Conch Coolers served at Castaway Cay (or a close approximation)? DW developed quite a fondness for the drink (and we have the souvenir cups to prove it!) and I'd like to be able to recreate them at home.

Here are two recipes that I got off the board a while back:
"This recipe was posted by a fellow DIS'er, "MICHELLENDEAN", and it is FANTASTIC!! Tastes just like we are on the ship again!
1/2 can Cream of Coconut
1/2 of a 12-oz. can of frozen passion fruit juice concentrate (Find it in the frozen food section by Welches)
4 oz. orange juice
2-3 cups of ice
If you're indulging: 3 oz. light rum AND 3 oz. dark rum
Blend until fine and smooth -- makes one large blender full!!!

2-3 cups of ice
Add all together in a blender until very fine and smooth
