Concerned about proving FL residency- how strict are they?

We are partial year FL residents in a home owned by my parent (no mortgage or utilities on our name). As such, we decided to get the FL resident annual pass. I have no issue because my bank statements are sent here, and that is enough under Disney's guidelines for partial year residents. However- we just realized tonight that my husband has nothing in his name with our FL address. We don't have enough time to get a new bank statement before our trip and I already paid for our annual passes. How big of a problem is this going to be? Would they really think that two spouses live separately?

I live here and they have always asked to see both mine and my DH's ID when I get my passes. Perhaps someone else has had this experience and can offer some help. I would bet that it also could depend on the CM you get.

Thank you! I guess worst case we will just pay the difference for his ticket, since my DD and I should be covered with my bank statements. I suspect you may be right about it depending on the CM. We'll see!

Just a thought, can you pick up BOTH passes? As a spouse it might be allowed.

Just a thought.... Would you have time to visit a branch of your bank? I don't know if you would want to do it but you could add your husband to the account (if you did not want to add him as joint, he could be added as an authorized signer). The bank should be able to print you out a "mini statement" on the spot that shows his name with the Florida address.

It's a problem. Proof of FL residency is required for each adult (18+) regardless of who's married to who. A CM who makes an exception here would be bending the rules a bit further than we're really allowed to.

The suggestion made by @hoffman1 is a good one.

Both my husband and I are Florida residents and they have asked to see ours each time.
