Our trip is planned for Nov/Dec, and we just found out that 2 of our boys have food allergies. One is allergic to gluten and dairy. The other is allergic to eggs, oats, dairy, and corn. Seems like what one can eat, the other can't.
At the time of our trip, they will be 11 and 9. We're a family who really enjoys food (I grew up with a chef in the house), and the kids loove eating out, so that's a big part of our vacation. I don't want their magical vacation to be less than that because they won't be able to eat anything. I am sure there is no such thing as a dairy free mickey bar.
Will they be sadly disappointed?? Anyone else have multiple allergies, yet had enjoyable dining experiences?? Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
