Concerned about F&WF behavior (LONG)

When I was actually at the Festival I never noticed anyone who acted as though they had too much to drink but Saturday night when I was on my way to MGM the bus stopped at EPCOT first and there were two guys in the parking lot that could barely walk they were so drunk. They were loud, obnoxious and stupid. They couldn't even remember the name of their resort. They kept coming up to the bus and asking the driver if he was going to the "Grovestand" or "OrangeGrove" resort. They were staying at the Grosvenor (lucky me, that's where I happened to be staying as well ). Thankfully one of them "forgot his chopsticks" so they had to go back to the park so he could get them and couldn't get on the bus.

I'm not sure what they could do as far as monitoring to make sure people who are already on the edge don't get drunk but they should definitely come up with something. The only thing that kind of confused me is that these people either can't tolerate liquor very well or they drank A LOT! Because none of the drink samples I saw from the F & W Festival were all that big.

I spent an evening at F & W on Nov 2 and there were some people I saw who were "feeling no pain". At the 5th Dimension concert, there were a couple girls up front who were standing up and dancing the whole time, they looked like they had a few too many.

Not only would Disney be liable if they served someone who was legally drunk but they would have additional liabilities if underage. I work for an insurance company and believe me in a DUI injury/fatality the establishment that served the alcohol always gets pulled in on the claim. Even if they are determined not to be at fault, defense costs are huge.
