Conceirge help --- what will they do

I am planning a Feb trip at AKL for 5 nights but only 3 will conceirge level. Will the staff still make PS for me on non-conceirge days?

If we move from standard to conceirge when will we have access to the lounge?

They might help you with all of your PS's. They will get in contact with you about your stay just tell them what is going on. We stayed part of our last trip at the BWV's. I just went and made my own PS, but it would have been nice if they were all made together. You can use the lounge as soon as you check in. We checked in at 9:30 and were able to get a bite to eat before we sat down and went over everything with the CM working the concierge desk. Have a great stay, it's awesome

The concierge staff will make PS arrangements for the nonconcierge days if you ask. We did a hotel switch to BC for a two night stay one year and the Polynesian concierge handled all of our PS arrangements even for those two nights we weren't staying at Polynesian.

You would have access the day you check-in to the conceirge room.
