Conceirge Desk

We are staying at HRH in late June and just wondered if all guests could use the services of the Concierge desk. I am talking only about the service not a lounge if they even have that.

Yes, all guests can use the services at the concierge desk. They helped me rent a car, and also a couple of other things that I can't remember. They were very helpful.
