Conceirge and CRT reservations

We have Poly LVC booked Sept 20-27. I filled out my Iterniary Planner and mailed it back a few weeks ago. I haven't heard anything back yet which is no big deal b/c its still early but we REALLY want CRT reservations. I need to call today or tomorrow morning to get the reservations I want. Should I go ahead and call or wait to see if the Conceirge has the reservation? I hate to double book but really want the reservations. My other question is if the Concierge has the reservations when will they let me know.

Oh yeah what time do they open to make the reservations?
ANd if anyone knows what is the #?

just got my itinerary planner in the mail from poly. gonna fill out today. I want CRT ps also, let me know how you make out. Maybe send poly an email?

um. I think you're early. Unless concierge guests get to book PS before everyone else. We are going 9/7 and we still have 69 days left. Cindy's doesn't accept PS until 60 days. Since you are going 9/20, I'd say you can't book til mid-July.

I guess that was my fault - I was thinking it was 90-days. Oh well I'll wait a few more weeks. How about the Conceirge reservations? Should I wait and see?
