computor problem!!!

everytime i try to veiw pictures on the www i get this red x in the corner of the picture.does anyone know the program that lets me see them.ive just redone my hardrive so lost all my software.

I know it could be one of 2 things.

1) You may have pop-ups blocked and your PC is reading your request as a pop-up. Depends on how you set your system to display or open new pages.

or

2) Your firewall is blocking your ability to access the site. CHeck your privacy settings and maybe, lower them or enter in the web page you'd like to access as being acceptable.
