Computers down at Reservations?!?!

After being on hold for almost 2.5 hours, I got through to Sissy only to be told that their computers have been down for a half hour and she couldn't book anything.

Said I need to call back later......I am NOT HAPPY.

I was told by a CM this morning that their system was running VERY slow. That's why people were on hold for so long.

I'm sorry you were on hold for so long; hopefully, when you call back you will get exactly what you want.

Yes, they've been down off and on all morning. My call took almost 2 hours because of this. If you have the time, I suggest that you call back right now and just tell them you'll hold until they come back up.

I feel your pain. After I finally got through around 8:30, the CM put me on hold and said that their system was running awfully slow and that she wanted to check on their system. She never came back!

I just got someone else as I am typing this. She did tell me that they were having trouble and that she would try to modify my ressie...I'm on hold right now...

She just came back and told me that it's not available...she's checking to see what is...and now I'm on hold AGAIN!!

Now she is telling me that she can't modify my reservation right now, and that even if she could that there is no availabilty for free dining for the standard rooms at WL.
NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR!

The system was running very slow when I was trying to make my ressie. The good thing about that is my total was $7 less than originally quoted.

I am having a horrible time trying to book online. They are slow. I got one reservation in. I am just adding in dining and going to try to call back later and get them to make it free. I dont know.

But i entered all the info for the second one and it froze. I dont even know if it took it.

Are you saying, though, that you ARE able to book free dining online now?
