computer won't recognize ressie

I am trying to book my 180+10 and I am getting a can't confirm the ressie message when I enter the info. I booked a special way through the beach Club office. I wonder if that has something to do with it.

I don't know if this will help or if it is the same problem, but when I go online to make 180+10 day dining reservations; I have to make sure and put the correct checkin date before I am recognized.

Maybe someone else will have an answer for your specific problem.
