A week (or 2) ago, there was a posting on one of the discussion forums - I think it was this one - that refered to a computer game that showed all the rides and all the resorts at Disney World, I think it was like a "virtual visit" to the park (on a cold, snowey day like today, I could use a "virtual visit"). Whoever posted it even added a link to purchase this piece of software - I didn't order it at the time, and now I can't find it. I went to Amazon.com and wasn't able to find it there either.
Does anyone remember anything about this?

I don't know about the software, but there's a site where you can download full length videos of most of the rides and several parts of the parks.

It used to be www.digital-disney.com, but I'm pretty sure you have to type in the actual IP now:

http://198.65.141.39/

Maybe that'll tide you over until someone comes up with the software!

This software is a few years old, but sounds like what you are talking about. Its a bit dated now (version 2 includes just a little bit of info on AK), but it was/is still a great program for exploring WDW (I have both editions).

I could not find it for sale on any sites right now, but did find several copies for sale on ebay (no, mine aren't on there!) :)

Ebay list of Auctions for WDW Explorer

Hope that helps,
