computer question, need help please

ok can somone tell me how to check my computers history after it has been removed? is this even possible? I can only see what's gone on today. Thanks for your help.

if you are trying to recover something. just do a restore.
Once you delete something. Its NOT really gone. Unless you use a good prg to delete.

How would i restore it? Sorry, i am pretty lost when it comes to computer stuff.

if you have xp

Click Start
Click Programs, and then Accessories
Click System Tools and open System Restore

sometime things wont come back if you didn't do a back up.

You need to explain in more detail what you are trying to do.

Are you trying to find the internet browsing history? I.e., what internet pages were viewed before today?

Or are you trying to recover a file? (the other poster assumed this)

Or are you trying to find out what other stuff has been done to your computer before today?
