I had a similar problem that SpyHunter 4 claimed to fix. Then a co-worker suggested I try another program called Prevx. This program cleaned up other stuff I didnt know I had, but then after about 3 weeks, the re-direct virus struck again. I contacted Prevx because they claim to be 100% effective in stopping all viruses and within an hour had an operator take remote control of my system and clean some registry files and replace others. Have been clean (so far, fingers crossed) for the last week. Hopefully this is the end of it for me. So Id suggest you try reaching out to any company that youre paying for protection that youre not getting, they should be able to customize a solution for you.
As an aside, we tried bleepingcomputers.com too and out tech was great, but the process can be slow because of the review of scan logs and their availability. The Prevx people did in one (1) hour sitting what we had been trying to do with the forum for a few weeks but it was taking a long time.
Good luck!
