OT: Computer Problem

Computer experts- I don't know if you can help with this problem, but I don't know what to do.
When I try to go to Disney Cruise Line reservations website, I keep getting an error saying that quicktime software is out of date and it prompts me to update or cancel. When I click on update, nothing happens and cancel doesn't allow me to retrieve my reservation. So, I tried to download the latest version of quicktime from website, and supposedly the latest version was installed. Then when I went back to DCL website & this time when I got the prompt to update quicktime software or cancel, I clicked on update, and it then updated the quicktime. But when I try to do things on the DCL website, I continuously get the prompt that quicktime software is out of date and when I click on update either nothing happens or I get an error message.

You might want to try this.

Go into Add / Remove programs and totally remove Quicktime from your computer.

Go to www.apple.com and download the latest version of Quicktime.


I'm not sure if that will fix the problem but it is worth a try.
