You know it's bad when you a novice (okay maybe a bit better than that) knows more than the case manager (HP), tech service agent (HP), and the Geek Squad (
Best Buy).
I've been telling them for at least a month that doing the resets won't bring back the games on the computer. Today I talked to the executive case manager and the tech service agent before putting myself through more work and grief. They both assured me that doing a system recovery would get the games back (and the other file(s) that I'm sure are missing). Well I just did one and all the case manager can say is I'm sorry it didn't work. They still refuse to replace this one with a new one.
Please do not buy an HP product. They don't care about the customers.
