I just need some ideas of good titles since I'm thinking about getting my DBF a game for Christmas.He loves Star Trek and Star Wars plus Halo and Grand Thief Auto if that helps

What type of CPU does he have. Can it handle serious graphics?

Halo 2 was released yesterday. My son gives it an ethusiastic thumbs up.

The new Grand Theft Auto (San Andreas) was just released. I was never into GTA (way too much senseless violence for me), but fans of the game seem to like the new version.

If he has a PC, the new Roller Coaster Tycoon is out. Also, Half Life 2 will be out soon.

DH loves Halo 2 - was up late last night playing. And, he's anxiously awaiting the release of Half Life 2 next week. Doom 3 is a hit, too

The CPU can handle just about anything graphics since one of his Star Trek games is graphics heavy

New Gran Tourismo (not Grand Theft Auto) is supposed to be incredible. Comes out in Early Dec. If he likes golf, get him Hot Shots Golf Fore. It is great! Bascially any of the EA Sports games are the best you can buy.


CPU games,
Halo2, Doom3, Halflife2 are going to be HUGE!

LOMAC: Lock On, Modern Air Combat
Ghost Recon, Ghost Recon - Desert Seige, Ghost Recon Island Thunder

The flight games are really good.
Ghost Recon, you are special forces members trying to stop World War III from erupting. Some Really great graphics
