composite decks

Anyone have a composite deck? Do you have any unique features? We are going to rip our old wood deck down (previous owners did not take care of it) and DH wants a composite one.

Nothing unique, but the composite is so much better then PT. I pressure wash it in the spring every year. A lot easier then painting. But much more $ too.

Love ours - and reaky no maintenance - we don't even preasure wash ours every year - we used trex about 6 years ago and it still looks like new. It was more expensive then the wood but it will outlast me LOL

we love ours. think about adding in the small lights on the stairs or around the edges. I wish we had added more
