Complimentary tickets

My son and I each have one day complimentary tickets. I don't have physical tickets, supposedly we have these as a type of credit I guess with guest services. How do we use these now with park reservations? Thank you.

As long as those complimentary tickets are in your MDE account, you can make a park reservation.

Thank you, I found the Will Call number to link in an old email from guest services, thank you! I didn't realize they could be added to MDE.
