complimentary dining gift card

For those of you just back who used the AP rate and got the complimentary dining gift card... how did it work out??? Could you get the cheapest rate and get the complimentary dining gift card?

Well, I hope so - I don't check in until December. There should have been some check ins this week though that got them, right?

I'm wondering (in case anyone has used it) if it's good for both CS and TS, and snacks as well.

I didn't get my card I asked at check in and the people at Pop had no idea. I also talked to a manager who was supposed to check on it but never got back to me. I'm going to be sending an email to guest services to see what they have to say.

Did you check in prior to the elligibility date, or after? I've heard of some people having trouble that checked in prior, but their stays included the free card dates (from what I understand, they should have done a split ressie and checked back in to get the card). I'll be checking in a couple days after the first elligibility date in December, and checking out on the last elligible day, so I'm hoping I won't have any trouble.

I'd still like to know if it's good at CS locations, if anyone knows.

I think my dates were within the guidlines. I checked in on the 25th and checked out on the 28th.

I've been to Disney a several times...Going again in a few days and staying at Pop Century. I'm obviously new to this forum.

Can I ask what an AP rate is and about the dining gift card...

Just a little lost.
