Complicated Trip

I came here to hear other people's experiences with the options I'm thinking of doing, not for people's sarcasm. If you don't understand or agree with my choices, that's fine, but why make me feel bad about it.
No sarcasm. Honest opinion. To paraphrase Eleanor Roosevelt, nobody can make you feel bad without your consent.
If you're suggesting I leave my sister behind or make her stay at another place, you've done nothing but frustrate me. I'm not doing either of those things for what is supposed to be a nice family vacation, especially for her first visit to Disney World. Thats not a good way to do or plan a vacation.
Your sister is the one refusing to leave the dog.
Your mother wants to stay in a hotel with daily housekeeping.
The ideal plan is to stay on-site at Walt Disney World.
The three conditions do not intersect.
Thank you. I didn't think it was a problem to wish for Disney to accommodate a pet owner like me
Walt Disney World accommodates pet owners by providing Best Friends Pet Care on-site.
so I came here for opinions on where I could stay.
All I was really looking for in this thread was to know how people have found any of the options I laid out to work out. Not many people have told me how a rv worked for them or how a house has or if off site is really that inconvenient.
Several posters offered not just opinions, but suggestions. One found you a hotel, another a VRBO. A number agreed with staying at Universal.
Not many people have told you how an RV would work because not many, if any, people on this forum have rented an RV and brought a pet.
