Complicated DDP question

Our family (DH, myself, and 3 boys ages 3, 5, and 8) will be at the World with my parents. DS (3) is booked into my parents room on a room only rate. We are booked with a dining package with the other two boys. DS3 will go to the parks less days than us, due to special needs, and will hang out some with GM and GF (when they aren't golfing :) ). We will buy him the appropriate number of park tickets separately. My question is: When DS 3 is with us, do order his OOP? Will eyebrows be raised at this? Could we instead, let him have the 8 year olds kids meal and order DS8 an adult meal OOP? Could we use 3 kid meal credits though there are only 2 kids listed on the plan?

Thanks for your patience and replies!

Don't feel funny about paying OOP for one child's meal. Save those adult credits for the grown-ups! I haven't seen a whole lot of 8 year olds who can handle an adult size entree.

Enjoy!

I dont see this as a problem whatsoever!! Paying oop for your 3 yr old will work!

Mostly, you're fine - except you can't use more meal credits on the DDP than are indicated on your card, at any one meal.

If you have two adults and two children (indicated as 2A 2C on your Keys to the World), you can use DDP credits to pay for a maximum of two adult and two child meals at any one seating.

We meet our inlaws several times each year at a restaurant or 2 or 3. We are on the DDP and they are OOP. Just tell server at beginning you will need separate checks because of this. Never had a problem.
