Was just wondering when everyone received their complete BEO showing your full bill?
We re under 15 weeks now & still only have received an estimate, when we ve queried this with our W.P she implied that we ll get it closer to the time. Thing is we need to know the full cost so we can get our costs for everything in order. Her emailed response came a cross as though what we was asking was too demanding:confused3 , we surely have the right to know how much our weddings gonna cost::yes:: ??:confused3
We ve sent her several payments going on the estimate, but it does nt seem right to be handing over a large sum of money when she cant even show us the final total

Do you mean your final bill?

We received ours the first week of January. I also requested my balance since I had been paying different sums of money over the course of the planning process. It seems they send it 4 weeks before your wedding.

Our bill is due for payment 4 weeks before our wedding though so surely they send your total bill long before that?:confused3
Disney received all of our wedding plans inc floral way over a month a go, we received the beo in Nov but was told once they had all the floral details we d receive an updated final version inc the total wedding cost amount. Some times passed since then, we ve made 5 large payments to them to cover the estimate but would like to pay Disney off fully so we can concentrate then paying off other areas of the wedding

We received our final bill around 3-4 weeks pre-wedding. It says the final payment is due 4 weeks out, but its really due when they get the final BEO to you. :) Have faith in your planner...you will be taken care of :)

we are in the same situation. Our wedding is in 18 weeks and we havn't even had our 1st BEO yet !!!

We have recieved a breakdown for floral about 4 weeks after our planning session but no BEO.

I have left 2 phone messages and sent an email to ken weaver (our planner) since last thursday asking about our BEO but he hasn't even acknowledged them !!

I'm getting annoyed at the lack of decency to even get back to me saying that he has recieved my email /phone messages and that he is dealing with it.

We re having problems with our co ordinator too, although we ve got someone different to you. I ve been talking about this to my friend who was also married at Disney & telling her what problems we ve been having. She thinks we should complain as do others we ve mentioned this too. I dont really know what to do as i dont want to cause problems with our co ordinator but we re really unhappy with a few things that have happened

I have just sent an email wondering if he has recieved any of our messages or emails( I also cc in his assisstant) as it has been a week with no reply. not even an acknowledgement.

I hope he dosn't think I'm being rude but I've also implied that I thought I would have at the very least have had a message back to say that he had recieved our messages and was dealing with our request.

I totally realise that they are super busy and that ours is not the only wedding that they are dealing with, but still it is nice to let people know you have recieved their messages.

you should email your planner.

I will let you know the reply to mine.

we had to wait for beos as well but dont forget they dont just deal with your wedding and they work on date order.

We paid our wedding on the beo we had then after the wedding if you have overpaid or need to pay more you get a final bill from disney, we got ours about 6 weeks after the wedding

I wouldn't worry about it too much.

We have about 9 weeks left and have a very nice, detailed BEO that we received a couple weeks after our planning session.

However, since you are allowed to make changes up until pretty close to the wedding I don't think DFTW is comfortable calling anything "final" until your payment is due.

This sort of inconsistent with what others have said here, and your situation; but I don't know the whole story.

We are making changes at present and our final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the wedding. I trust my planner to give me the final bill before then.

I think we could still get a refund if we made changes affecting cost before the changes deadline.

Guess I just really trust my planner. :confused3 ::yes::

We made changes to our wedding up to 3 days before the date. So even our 'final' BEO wasnt actually 'final' lol. We also paid a total amount based on the BEO we had in hand from our PS, and revceived a refund after the wedding for anything we overpaid. :)

Our bill is due for payment 4 weeks before our wedding though so surely they send your total bill long before that?:confused3

It depends on your situation. It seems like you have settled a lot of things already so I would expect that you would get it at least CLOSE to the four week timeframe, however I wouldn't count on getting it much before then.

We made a lot of last minute decisions (but still well before the four week deadline) and our BEO at the four week mark was about $4k too high.

Unfortunately the contract states that you must pay in full at the four week date, so it's not like you can just not pay because it isn't the "final" BEO. What ended up happening for us was we paid the higher amount and then got it refunded about a month after the wedding. Unfair, I know. Hang in there, it's tough waiting. :grouphug:

I changed alot of things at the last minute also even when I got the "final bill". Plus a few guests dropped out. I think thats why they try and send them out at the very last minute.
