I used Flock for the first time last night and I love it!!! It's a lot easier to do than I thought and that little jar goes a long way. I made flocked teddy bears for the Toy Group, my theme is stuffed animals, and he turned out fuzzy and cute!!!!! Once I finish this swap, I've got to find more things to flock!!!

Hey, since so many of us are enjoying our flock, maybe we could have a small flock swap. Anything goes, but your element must be flocked. That would give us an excuse to find more things to flock, and purchase more colors.

Well, I am not in the teddy bear group but those little guys are super cute! I can't find flock anywhere local, but the CKC in Valley Forge is next weekend, so I plan on looking there!

Also, I have exciting news! I am done! I will be mailing once I get out to go to camp. I will post at the end of the day the status, but I think I should be able to get it out today...

Congratulations on finishing!!! I'm almost done. I have the last group all cut out and partially assembled. I will be finishing it up this morning and then labelling and packaging everything. I will be doing a BIG happy dance when I'm done.

They are postal! Camp was cancelled today because the park is under 4 inches of water. We will have camp tomorrow.

DS(14) has gone off to camp today - for once the area is NOT under water (DS(8) was not impressed with the weather at his camp in May ) He'll be gone for 10 days, so I am NOT looking forward to his washing

The washing will be icky, but if your DS is like mine, there won't be too much of it. My DS wears the same clothes for days while at camp. I don't know how the others can stand being around him!! But, he says the others do the same as well!!

Definitely need tongs to handle it DH and I BOTH tried to persuade him that going swimming once during the stay is NOT enought and he needs to shower several times and was every day (at least the stinkiest bits ) I'm not sure he was convinced But he can't fit in a change for EVERY day on such a trip - but we'll still get half back unworn

Ok, never made it to the PO today, it is raining buckets...(and we found a leak in the RV, right over the middle of *our* bed!!!)
