I had that same obsession when I first started too. Only recently have been is so many swaps that I stopped doing that. That and I've learned to only buy just enough paper.

I am soo mad.
I bought a "Hot Wheels" page kit to use for this swap. It has the lamest stuff inside. There are 2 pages of 2 different prints - a stripe & a flame. But the quality is just cheap. I can't even stand to cut it. And lets not even talk about the stickers. They are flat & ugly. I can't use them. I would hate myself later for sending that to you guys.

I do have the quickutz tank & army helmet. Would it be okay if I switched to Army men?

Or just plain cars from the Cricut?

Let me know your thoughts and I'll work on something else while I'm waiting.

Well that just stinks that the quality is so poor. I saw Hot Wheels stickers at AMC...I wonder if they are lame too.

I'm fine with army men or plain ol' cars. Whatever works for you will be fine.

Maybe if I hadn't already opened it and I had the receipt. But I did and I don't. I'll used for my own personal books. I just won't give to anyone else.

Just wanted to update that I have 2 groups completely done and bagged, and I'm cranking away on the last 2 groups. I'm still on target to mail on time.

Thanks everyone for the updates.
I have updated the slide show with Mazda's & PO3's items.

The Army Men will also come with the Quickutz tank pieces (these need to be assembled on the page and I couldn't get them to work on the mats and the photo still fit), 2 cuttlebug airplanes (thanks PO3!), and extra shadowed Quickutz helmet (that is what is on the topper) and two strips of camo 1/2" and green 3/4". I was going to use the paper as the accents on the mats, but the green didn't fold nicely and looked horrible. I went with ribbon instead. And this took me all day. I used pigment ink on the green paper because it has a coating that the liquid chalk doesn't like and those took forever to dry.

I am very happy to make the cars if you can use that more then the Army Men. My boys will take any extras of those, so no worries.

I'm glad my stuff got there so quick - I had visions of biting my nails for 10 days ;-)
