For MazdaUK, 123SA, and AWM:

For the Monuments group, I plan on making a Large Tag & embellished squares, but wanted to see what monuments (theme-wise) you guys have visited - to determine the direction I take it. I was thinking of doing it along the lines of the national monuments in D.C. - the Cricut cart, My World, has a court house and capitol building on it. But if anyone has gone to more historical monuments (rather than memorial monuments), the cart also has indians, teepee, and pueblo.

I have lots of photos that could go any way - from memorial to historical to way historical. But will do whatever anyone wants/needs. I am also not tied to my Cricut - for Christmas, I got a beautiful color laser printer that I have been using lately on my scrapbook stuff, so I can make whatever you want.

Any thoughts or requests?

But if you do buildings and stuff, it would just force me to take photos I don't have yet. So either way would work for me.

Funnily enough we don't have a lot of teepees or Washington monuments around here But a restaurant we sometimes go to has totem poles outside My photos will all be European, but we have civic buildings and historic churches (and of course lots of war memorials) so mine were not going to be identifiable as any one place, but more along the idea of "old" - stone-type colours and textures, IYSWIM. So I'm fine with most things if I can use them - I'd be hard pushed to use a White House or Mount Rushmore I might even be able to pass the Capitol off as St Paul's Cathedral maybe

I did a little shopping and planning today.

For basketball, I'll make a license plate and squares.

For soccer: title/signage piece, and squares

for hunting: title/signage piece, and mat & box

for backyard: title/signage piece and ???

beach: waiting on the beach cart

for monuments: I am going to try to do a definition/quote type of thing and mats ( I think)

I'll be finishing up the character swap before I start on these.

Mine look good. I won't start working on this until after I'm done with the Character Swap & then the DL/DCA swap. So I probably won't even have a plan until after April 1st. Especially since we've got a spring break trip to NYC planned.

But my mind is working & I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing for tennis & zoo so if I get some time you may hear from me before then.
