Its a shame that smoking is not yet barred in the parks, but i'm sure it will happen eventualy.

I thought I read on here that they were introducing a smoking ban as of 1st April 2008, though I have to say I was sceptical due to the date

i got an email back from disney about smoking, check out what they said in the smoking in the parks thread!

So maybe there is a ban, but it's not enforced as much as it should be?
